About... this

Paroxysms is an independent publication by me, "The Narrator". This may seem like a presumptuous title, but this is my site, and I am the one that gets to tell the stories. Besides, it's better than putting my real name out there.

This site is a creative outlet. I have wanted to write fiction for a long time, and this seems like a way to "put myself out there" in a fairly low risk way. Maybe someone will read what is here, maybe not.

Everything you read on this site is fiction; nothing written here has really happened, none of the people here exist, and none of the places described can be traveled to. You may read about something here and think to yourself, "I have seen this" or "I know of that person". You can be sure that you are mistaken. If something here mirrors something in the real world it is simply coincidence.
